At this year’s MTV Movie Awards, the world will once again catch a preview of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse clip. The three lead stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner are set to appear at the event to present the movie clip. You may also want to try and Watch Eclipse full movie online.
But before the awards show, Summit Entertainment and MTV released a short snippet of the third installment of the Twilight series. The sneak peek of Eclipse is just 10 seconds long. It features Jacob Black confronting Edward Cullen, who was with Bella Swan, at the parking lot. Worried-looking Jacob tells Edward, “Look, I’m here to warn you. If your kind comes on our land again…” Edward then answers back to him, “You should leave now.” And end of the clip.
New Moon has picked up five nominations including Best Movie, Best Male and Female Performance, and Best Kiss. Pattinson, Stewart, and Lautner were also nominated at the new category Global Superstars, and will fight against Alice
But the MMA is not like any awards show. The party seems more important than the awards themselves. It has a long history of being anti-Oscars and being over the top. The fans get to choose the nominees and the winners, which means it doesn’t matter what the critics say, just as long as they are popular. Scream, There’s Something About Mary, Wedding Crashers, and Transformers won Best Movie. Twilight won against Oscar winner Slumdog Millionaire.
This year, the MTV Movie awards will be hosted by Parks and Recreation’s Aziz Ansari. Live performances include Katy Perry, Christina Aguilera, and Snoop Dogg.
